Terms governing use of the Autoinsightai website and enrolment in technical analysis training for range-bound market analysis in Australia.
These terms govern your use of autoinsightai.digital and your participation in Autoinsightai lessons, coaching, and clinics. By using the site or enrolling in training, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase lessons.
About the training
Autoinsightai provides educational instruction in technical analysis with emphasis on range-bound market analysis. Training is general education. It is not personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or derivative, or an invitation to deal with a particular broker.
Enrolment and accounts
Places in masterclasses, coaching sessions, and clinics are confirmed by email after enquiry. You must provide accurate contact details. We may refuse or cancel enrolment if information is misleading or if behaviour disrupts other participants.
Intellectual property
Course worksheets, annotated examples, recordings, and website copy remain the property of Autoinsightai or its licensors. You may keep materials for personal study. You may not copy, share, sell, or teach from our materials commercially without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Autoinsightai is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after training. Our liability for any claim connected to the site or a lesson is limited to the fees you paid for the specific lesson giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website use
Do not misuse the site (attempted intrusion, scraping that harms service, or submitting malicious content). Content is provided for information; we aim for accuracy but do not warrant that every page is complete or current.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts in Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
