Refunds and rescheduling
Refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for Autoinsightai technical analysis training — masterclass, coaching, and chart clinics.
This policy applies to Autoinsightai lessons: the Range-Bound Market Masterclass, private chart coaching, and Saturday chart clinics. It does not cover products or delivery models we do not offer (for example, physical merchandise subscriptions or download-only courses sold without live teaching).
Eligibility overview
Refunds depend on how far ahead you cancel, whether a deposit or full fee was paid, and whether teaching has begun. Requests should be emailed to info@autoinsightai.digital with your name, lesson type, and scheduled date.
Masterclass
- Full refund of fees paid if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the first session and no session recording or materials pack has been issued.
- Partial refund (fees paid minus a $120 administration amount) if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before the first session.
- No refund within 6 days of the first session, or after the cohort has started, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise or where we cancel the cohort.
- If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of amounts paid.
Private coaching
- Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the meeting for a full refund or free reschedule to a new slot.
- Cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable; we may offer a single reschedule at our discretion if illness is documented.
- No-shows forfeit the session fee.
Saturday chart clinic
- Cancel at least 7 days ahead for a full refund.
- Inside 7 days, fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer once to a later clinic within three months if seats exist.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Deposits
Masterclass deposits are applied to the tuition balance. Deposits become non-refundable within 7 days of the first session unless we cancel the programme.
Work already started and materials
Once live teaching has begun, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Printed materials packs that have been posted or handed over are non-refundable; digital worksheets issued for personal use are not returnable for credit.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to an Australian account you nominate. We confirm by email when the refund has been lodged.
